“INVERNESS”

Heritage listed war bungalow influenced by the English domestic revival style home, had an existing basement constructed of old brick that had been thickly coated over in a white, consistent to the classical exterior of the home. Throughout the home, rich timbers, bold geometry and decadent detailed work brings a sense of old-world glamour and luxury to the interior.

Embracing the detailing found throughout the home, bold, fluid patterns, and rich timbers were to transform the space, looking strong with no fuss or delicate detailing, outline characteristics of an Art Deco styled era. Velvets and artificial plants will add glamour and a sense of luxe to the interior.

Solid American Oak formed the base material for the cocktail bar, patina stain added depth and heightened the natural graining in the timber bringing forth a rich, high-end furniture piece. Curved posts pose tall on either side of the unit, solid brass deco – inspired curvilinear shapes composed of curved lines and smooth edges add visual interest and a unique element to the décor.

A piece of furniture that strongly stands within this deco – inspired home is truly one that will be appreciated for many years.
